How do I know the product I’m getting is fresh?

All of our products are made in small batches. This is to ensure freshness.

Can I use your paw balm on my dog's nose?

You definitely can use our paw balm on your dog's nose. However, our snout balm was formulated with sweet almond oil, which helps reduce inflammation while relieving dryness on their skin. Almond oil is also more lightweight and quickly absorbed by the skin and it has a more mild scent than olive oil, an ingredient included in our paw balm.

What if my dog licks the balm off their nose/paws/callus?

We use natural ingredients that are not toxic to dogs if ingested in small amounts, so you can be sure that even if they lick the balm immediately after you put it on, they will be ok. Of course, we encourage you to check with your vet before applying any of our balms to their skin.

Will your balms cause irritation on my dog's skin?

We use safe and natural ingredients, therefore, these should not cause irritation. However, we know every dog may react different, we encourage you to do a patch test before application. Please rinse off any product and discontinue use if irritation does occur.

I placed an order in the summer, and my balm arrived melted. Why did this happen? 

Our balms are made with natural ingredients and they may melt when exposed to extreme heat. If melting occurs, please put balm in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to solidify. You should note, that the quality and properties of our products are not affected by melting.
